In order to receive your CLE credits you must sign in at the CLE station at the conference and fill out all of the necessary paperwork to receive credits in your state. We cannot guarantee you CLE credits if you do not fill out the forms on site.
CLE credits will be applied for in all states with CLE requirements. Credit hours may vary depending on each state’s specific accreditation requirements. Applications are sent to states 30 to 60 days prior to course date or as soon as the agenda is completed.
If I’m registered for the conference will I automatically get my CLE Credits?
A: NO! You must sign in separately for CLE on the last day of the conference.
What do I need in order to sign up for CLE?
A: You need to have your bar number for all states that you would like to receive credits in.
What if I cannot attend the whole conference? Can I receive partial credit?
A: YES. When you sign in you can claim the number of hours that you actually attended.
Do I need to send my certificate of attendance to the state bar/s or will MTMP report my attendance to them?
A: It depends which state/s you are registered in. Some states allow the sponsor to report attendance and others require that the individual attorney do so.
What if I do not sign in for CLE on-site at the Conference?
A: We can assist you with securing your CLE credits but you may incur fees depending on which state/s it is for. And it may significantly delay the amount of time it takes for you to get your credits so if you are up against a filing deadline we cannot guarantee that you will get your credits in time.
