Josh Autry runs the briefing and appellate department at Morgan & Morgan. Josh has drafted dispositive motion briefs for the Gardasil MDL, the proton-pump inhibitors MDL, the JUUL MDL, the Taxotere MDL, and others. Josh has argued federal appeals before the Second, Third, Fourth, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuits. Josh has also argued appeals in state court, including the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Autry graduated from Washington & Lee University School of Law in 2008 and Liberty University in 2005.
