Travis Lepicier is an associate attorney at Levin Papantonio Rafferty. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 2009 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2012. While in law school, Mr. Lepicier earned multiple awards for his skill in research, writing and advocacy. As a law student, he clerked for Stiles, Taylor & Grace, a workers’ compensation insurance defense firm, and for the United States Attorney’s office. While clerking, Mr. Lepicier was exposed to litigation practice, and he recognized his passion for advocating in court on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Lepicier earned his Florida Bar license in October of 2012, and shortly thereafter, he began his practice at Levin Papantonio Rafferty, where he primarily focuses on mass torts litigation. As a litigation attorney at Levin Papantonio, Mr. Lepicier gets to devote his practice to helping those without a voice take on some of the most powerful companies in the world. Mr. Lepicier has successfully represented hundreds of plaintiffs in various products liability cases involving the products Benicar, Accutane, Yaz, NuvaRing, and Transvaginal Mesh, and he also represents businesses that suffered economic damages as a result of the BP Oil Spill. As well as his mass torts practice, Mr. Lepicier also represents single event personal injury claimants.
Aside from his legal practice, Mr. Lepicier enjoys being an active member of his community. He is a member of the Florida and Escambia/ Santa Rosa County Bar Associations, and he is also a volunteer Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida.
