Women in Leadership

Women are Changing the Paradigm at MTMP

At MTMP, we are dedicated to helping women build and expand their practices with new ideas, the chance to meet and network with leaders in mass torts, and the opportunity to learn from other women who have succeeded in establishing themselves in leadership positions on major mass tort projects.

We have worked to enhance the networking prospects for all attendees, and have designed the conference in a way that makes it easier to meet old friends, make new contacts, and get the crucial information and content you need to represent your clients.

A Message from Pap:

Women are often the backbone of the law firm, the practice group, and the trial team. But they also oftentimes are told to take “a back seat” to their male counterparts. We want to see this change.

MTMP wants to be part of the solution, and we believe that the business development and relationship-building that takes place at MTMP can be a good start. Come join us and partner with us. I hope to see you in Las Vegas.

“If you want a seat at the table, you need to pull up a chair. And MTMP offers the best networking you can ask for as a plaintiff lawyer.”

— Hon. Sandra Moss (ret.)

“I can’t imagine missing an MTMP conference. As the head of my firm’s Mass Tort practice division, and in particular as a busy woman, the conference lets me meet, in a relaxed setting, with other lawyers, vendors and referral sources who are critical to my practice. This networking has a direct impact on my firm’s profits.”

— Elizabeth Graham, Esq., Grant & Eisenhofer

Mass Torts Made Perfect is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment at the seminar, and we are proud to announce a brand new initiative – the MTMP Women in Legal Leadership Mentor Program. Every female attendee who would like to be matched up with a female mentor will be connected with someone from our list of mentor volunteers. This list of mentors includes experienced lawyers who want to share their insights and help their mentees both navigate the waters at MTMP, but also maintain a relationship afterwards, and act as a resource even after the seminar ends.

If you would like to be a mentor or mentee, please contact:
