Carol G. Moore, Certified Legal Investigator/Paralegal

  • Chief Legal Investigator for 40+ years with Levin Papantonio, Proctor, Buchanan, O’Brien, Barr & Mougey, PA., handling Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Environmental Cases, Class Actions and Mass Tort Cases. She is the lead trial Paralegal for Mike Papantonio, Shareholder and Senior Partner of Levin Papantonio.
  • Active member of National Association of Legal Investigators (NALI) has served as the National Director, National Secretary and Region III Director. In 2022, Carol was awarded the NALI National Director’s Award for her service to NALI. She holds the certification of Certified Legal Investigator and is one of 150 people in the United State to hold the certification.

Carol is one of the founding members of the of the Inner Circle of Investigators, which is comprised of Plaintiff Investigators across the United States. The organization began twenty-five years ago and provides educational training to investigators.

  • Carol was recognized in 2008 as the State of  Florida Legal Investigator of the year .
  • Carol was the lead investigator in one of the largest environmental cases in the United States, which was tried in Columbus Ohio –  re E. I. Du Pont De Nemours & Co. C-8 Personal Injury Litigation. $670 Million Settlement
  • Carol was also one of the lead investigators in the National Prescription Opiate Litigation MDL No. 2804, Case No. 1:17-MD-2804.
  • In October of 2024, Carol was awarded the MTMP Paralegal of the Year Award at the Fall MTMP Conference in Las Vegas
