Courtney M. Werning is an associate attorney at Meyer Wilson and is a member of both the firm's investment litigation practice and class action practice. Her practice includes litigation in state and federal courts and various alternative dispute resolution forums. She has won several jury trials and FINRA and AA arbitration cases on behalf of her clients. Her recent cases involved unsuitable investment strategies, fraud, misrepresentation, Ponzi schemes, legal malpractice, elder financial abuse, and state securities act claims.
