Dan is the Chief Executive Officer for vrsus. He is a widely recognized thought leader in the litigation industry. With over 12 years of experience providing finance and consulting solutions to the Plaintiff’s Bar, Dan has originated over $500 million of investments in the Class Action and Mass Tort fields. Prior to his shift to the litigation industry, Dan had previously led several large-scale, early stage technology companies focused on data networking design and infrastructure construction. He is now leading vrsus after the death of its founder, Kevin McCarthy.
Dan holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
