Dan Miner is Chief Financial Officer at Torticity. A seasoned leader with over fifteen years of experience in finance, management consulting, and business operations, Dan brings a unique blend of true financial acumen and business savvy to the leadership team. In his role as CFO, Dan oversees financial stability and growth at Torticity, which includes leading corporate accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, internal audit, tax, and sourcing.

Prior to joining Torticity, Dan led the FP&A team at Bankrate. A key leader in the company's growth since he joined in 2017, Dan pioneered several major initiatives that helped improve key financial metrics and was a member of the team that sold Bankrate to Red Ventures in a $1.4B acquisition. Dan has previously held leadership roles in management consulting at Accenture and Deloitte.

Dan has an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and a BS in Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. An original Buffalonian, Dan now lives in New Jersey with his wife and son.
