Terms and Conditions Acknowledgment

To access, review, study, copy, or engage with the material provided by Mass Torts Made Perfect, LLC, (hereinafter “MTMP”) you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Parties: “You” is defined as the person desiring access to material provided by MTMP, LLC. “You” and “user” shall have interchangeable meanings, both indicate the person who has been granted access to the materials provided by MTMP. Under no circumstance are you allowed to grant access to the material to another party or parties. MTMP shall include Mass Torts Made Perfect, LLC, its subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, assigns, and affiliates, including but not limited to Paralegal College.

Scope: These Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the Mass Tort Certification Program. Other agreements may exist between MTMP and you. Those agreements are in full force and are not modified by these Terms and Conditions.

Conditions of use: By using the e-learning platform dedicated to the Mass Tort Certification Program, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use this program. MTMP only grants access and use to those who agree to abide by these terms and the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Age Restriction: You must be at least 19 (nineteen) years of age before you can access this program. By accessing the material provided by MTMP, you are certifying that you are of adult age, under no disability which inhibits your ability to contract, and agree to legally adhere to this Agreement.

Civil Plaintiff: To receive access to the Mass Tort Certification Program you are expressly warranting that you are employed by or interested in employment in the Civil Plaintiff’s bar. Individuals employed by or considering employment with the Civil Defense bar are strictly prohibited from accessing the information provided by MTMP. Failure to abide by this condition or intentional misrepresentation as to a person’s employment shall subject you to liquidated damages of at least $50,000 or actual damages, whichever is greater. You also shall bear the costs of litigation, including attorney’s fees.

Intellectual Property: You agree that all materials, products, videos, syllabuses, presentations, slides, and other services provided during the course of your enrollment in the Mass Tort Certification Program are the sole intellectual property of MTMP. Such material is Copyright © 2025 by MTMP. You may not copy, print, screen capture, record, reproduce, distribute or redistribute such property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations. The unauthorized distribution of such material will result in irreparable harm to MTMP and subject you to damages. In the event unauthorized distribution occurs, it is agreed that the minimum liquidated damages shall be $50,000 to MTMP.
For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact MTMP in order to come to an agreement.

Educational Purpose: The purpose of the Mass Tort Certification Program is educational only and is not legal advice. Certified completion of the course work is no substitution for a law license or professional judgment. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of this information. The user may not place reliance on the information provided by MTMP and should always exercise his/her own, independent research and judgment.
Completion of the program or a certificate of completion should not be considered an endorsement from MTMP for employment purposes. You are not allowed to use any of MTMP’s logos, designs, or other intellectual property.

User Accounts: As a user of the Mass Tort Certification Program, you will be asked to provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You must take all reasonable efforts to secure and protect your password and login credentials. Your login and password credentials are unique to you and may not be shared with anyone, including others within your firm or company. You are expressly prohibited from sharing access to other individuals, companies, or other software programs. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We provide no assurance that information provided to us as part of the registration process will be protected.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account, inform us immediately.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel access at our discretion. All user accounts will be terminated after 90 days. You may not retain information after access is closed.

Privacy: By accessing the e-learning platform on which the Mass Tort Certification Program is hosted, you consent to electronic monitoring. We will have access to your test scores, progress, and other information. Information such as IP address, access dates, and other metadata may be collected and used by MTMP.
You give permission for MTMP to contact you. You give permission for MTMP to provide third parties with your information for business purposes including the administration of the program. You understand that you may receive emails from MTMP and/or third parties during or after your enrollment with the program.

Applicable law: The laws of the state of Florida will govern these terms and conditions as well as any issues arising between you and MTMP.

Disputes: Any dispute related in any way to your use of this product or information provided by MTMP shall be litigated by state or federal court in Escambia County, Florida and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify MTMP against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services and products. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.

Limitation on liability: MTMP is not liable for any damages as a result of our product.
We reserve the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement and the terms and conditions of use for materials provided by MTMP at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes on our website, e-learning platform, or through other online postings. You agree that MTMP shall not be required to alert you of changes via electronic mail or postal service.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
