Eldon E. Fallon is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, since his appointment in 1995 by President Bill Clinton. During his time on the bench, he has overseen three major MDLs, including Vioxx, Propulsid, and Chinese drywall litigation. Before being appointed to the bench, Fallon earned a reputation as a fierce proponent for consumers' rights at the plaintiff's firm of Kierr, Gainsburgh, Benjamin, Fallon and David in New Orleans, Louisiana. At the same time, he also worked as an educator, serving as an adjunct professor at Tulane University.
