Hunter was admitted to practice law in 2008 while living in Dallas, Texas, and later moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where he currently lives and practices. Throughout his career, Hunter has focused on representing plaintiffs alleging injuries as a result of defective pharmaceuticals or medical devices. Hunter started his law firm, Linville Johnson, with Anthony Johnson in 2019. In 2020, Hunter negotiated over $100 million in settlements for his clients.
As an experienced mass torts lawyer, Hunter has been appointed to leadership positions in both Federal and State court consolidations across the country, including the Xarelto MDL in the Eastern District of Louisiana, the Pradaxa JCCP, and he is currently serving as a member of the Paragard Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the Northern District of Georgia.
