Katherine (Kip) Harbison was born in Rosenheim , Germany , on October 24, 1973. Ms. Harbison graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a double minor in English and Computer Science. Ms. Harbison earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1998, and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1998.
Ms. Harbison has experience in mass tort/class action settlement administration, probate law, general corporate practice, real estate, and telecommunications law.
With over fourteen (14) years of mass tort/class action settlement administration, Ms. Harbison specializes in Medicare/ Medicaid lien resolution, and various other aspects of settlement administration.
In addition to the Alabama State Bar, Ms. Harbison is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association.
