Keao Caindec is the CEO of Clarra, a provider of cloud-based practice and case management software for law firms. Mr. Caindec has held a variety of executive positions at technology companies that serve the legal industry, including Mocana (acquired by Digicert), 365 Data Centers (acquired), OpSource (acquired by NTT Ltd.), and Yipes (acquired by Reliance Communications). At Yipes, Mr. Caindec built high-speed, on-demand data services, allowing law firms to access e-discovery and knowledge management platforms, including LexisNexis. Mr. Caindec also serves as the Executive Director of College Rising, a nonprofit that helps students prepare for college. Mr. Caindec has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
