Leo J. Govoni has more than 30 years of experience in various capacities within the financial service industry.
He is the President and Founder of Boston Holding Company LLC, a private equity firm which includes holdings across a broad spectrum of industries, including commercial forestry, manufacturing and craft beverages. It also includes Boston Asset Management, a registered investment advisor, which is recognized as an industry leader for providing investment advisory services to companies and individuals serving in a fiduciary relationship, whether as a trustee, guardian, attorney or in another fiduciary capacity. Leo J. Govoni also serves as the Chairman for Global Litigation Consultants, an Alternative Legal Service provider that provides support to litigation firms.
Regarded as a prominent member of the legal and special needs communities, Mr. Govoni dedicates his energies toward serving in leadership positions with various legal, education and charitable organizations. Mr. Govoni served on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida Bar Foundation and the Hillsborough county Bar Foundation. Mr. Govoni was a member of the Stetson University Board of Trustees and now serves on the Stetson University College of Law Board of Overseer’s Committee and its Executive Committee. He has recently become a member of Enterprise Florida, a public-private partnership between Florida’s business and government leaders that is the principal economic development organization for Florida.
