Libby Vish, Esq. is Vice President of Business Development for Counsel Financial, where she builds and maintains strong client relationships and takes part in the numerous tradeshow and networking events the company attends annually. She works one-on-one with plaintiffs' attorneys to create custom-tailored, flexible solutions to meet the unique needs of each firm the company services.
Libby earned her B.S. in marketing and B.A. in political science at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and earned her J.D. from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Early in her career, she worked for Justice Martin Johnstone (ret.) of the Kentucky Supreme Court and the late Justice McAnulty, of the Kentucky Court of Appeals. Libby brings with her a strong background in the mass tort and single event legal services industry. In her most recent role, she served as Vice President of Client Development at a legal administration services provider, providing settlement advisory and consulting services to mass tort law firms nationwide. She has also held positions as Director of Mass Tort Compliance and Medicaid and Medicare Set Subject Matter Expert and has extensive experience in third party liability healthcare lien resolution, claims administration, Qualified Settlement Funds, fund administration and a multitude of other legal services.
Libby lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and three young boys. Outside of the office, she is a board member at her youngest children's school. She loves running, reading, and writing.
