Randi Kassan, who was recently made Partner in January 2011, has been with Sanders Viener Grossman, LLP since 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kassan specialized in mass claim insurance litigation for three years at Baker, Sanders, Barshay, Grossman, Fass, Muhlstock & Neuwirth, L.L.C.. Graduating from Binghamton University with a B.A. in Psychology and J.D. from Hofstra University Law School, Ms. Kassan now specializes in Mass Tort Litigation. Ms. Kassan is well-known within the industry for her tireless effort and tenacious trial preparation work. Her client’s cases include injuries from Fosamax, Avandia, Zimmer Knee, Depuy Hip, Propecia, Crestor, Levaquin, Reglan and Yaz.

As part of the discovery committee in the New Jersey Vioxx litigation, the Avandia steering committee, as well currently assisting as co-liaison counsel in the New Jersey Reglan litigation, Ms. Kassan has represented hundreds of injured clients who have been victim to defective drugs and products. In addition, Ms. Kassan was part of the Fosamax trial team in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County.

Ms. Kassan is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, as well as New York Federal Court in the Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of New York. She is a member of the American Association of Justice.
