K. Shayne Hiatt, MBA, is the VP of Accounts at Case Status. He was brought on board the company a year ago to spearhead Account Management in the next phase of growth and customer satisfaction at Case Status. Shayne has experience in Sales and Process Management for numerous technology start-up companies. Most recently in the Online Reputation and Customer Engagement sectors. His experience helping build processes and increasing customer engagement and satisfaction in the technology space made him a great fit at Case Status. Not only to increase the satisfaction and retention levels of the Case Status customer base, but also to help their partnered firms increase their client satisfaction levels via technology, automation, and engagement.
