Since 1984, Tom – a native Californian – has concentrated his career on effective management efficiencies and strategies at the C-level officer and director levels. He aids in operating efficiencies by improving workflows with legal intake strategies for the legacy and emerging legal, mass tort and class action markets. He has worked in an executive capacity for two multi-billion dollar international, publicly traded companies, with both over 25,000 and 80,000 employees.
He focuses on the common-sense approach for improving business operations and growth which includes evaluating the product and company, reviewing effectiveness for helping prospective clients in the initial stages, then refining intake processes by optimizing all technical and human programs at all times. The ongoing goal is the constant improving and maximizing of the legal intake process, putting the potential and existing clients needs first while meeting their expectations.
In recent years, he has focused on the legal markets by being involved in many teaching and thought leadership roles for large legal organizations and associations in the US to present pragmatic solutions in helping potential clients and law firms with proper legal intake.
