Whitney heads up her firm’s Mass Tort Practice group. The firm has seen its drug and device practice grow so that they currently handle mass torts in over twenty active litigations. A graduate of Elon University and Elon University School of Law, Whitney loves having the ability to represent individuals and families in their claims against pharmaceutical companies. The desire to help people was the driving force behind Whitney’s decision to become a lawyer and she enjoys collaborating and thinking creatively to best represent her clients. Whitney was named to the Discovery Committee of the Granuflo Dialysis MDL and currently serves on the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the Smith & Nephew Birmingham Hip MDL. At only age thirty-one, Whitney was named as a partner in her firm. She was a former collegiate tennis player and currently enjoys running and spending time with her Goldendoodle, Shep.
