Sharon Boothe
Vice President of Programs at Mass Torts Made Perfect and oversees the entire MTMP portfolio of programs. This includes the MTMP live seminars in Las Vegas twice a year, the MTMP Connect monthly webinars, and the MTMP Connect Paralegal College monthly webinars. She also oversees the fundraising arm of MTMP, and has organized auctions and events to support the American Association for Justice and the Sheller Center for Social Justice at Temple Law School in Philadelphia, among others. Sharon also serves as the Executive Director of the Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame at Temple Law School, which houses portraits and interactive content of the lives of Hall of Fame inductees. Additionally, Sharon is Director of Operations for TrialSchool.Org, an online skills and training membership-based organization for personal injury and mass tort plaintiff lawyers.
Prior to joining MTMP in 2011, Sharon was President of HB Litigation Conferences, and started her career in 1991, launching the Mealey’s Conference division of Mealey Publications.
Aimée Ainslie
Director of Customer Service for MTMP. She has worked in seminar management for over 10 years. Prior to joining MTMP, Aimee was an assistant manager with Mealey’s Conferences, a division of Mealey Publications, where she handled all aspects of meeting planning for over 50 seminars annually.
Heather Shanahan
Director of Vendor Services for the MTMP programs. She the has worked in seminar management for over 15 years. Prior to joining MTMP, Heather worked in sales for HB Litigation conferences, and prior to that, worked as the Conference Manager of Mealey’s Conferences, a division of Mealey Publications, where she planned and executed up to 50 conferences annually.
Kathleen McFadden

Amy Angelo
Director of Paralegal Programs for MTMP. Prior to joining MTMP, Amy worked as a paralegal for 15 years in a law firm and brings the unique perspective of having the knowledge of the day-to-day challenges paralegals face and how MTMP can best support those on the front lines of projects for their firms.
Lizzy Mabry
Director of Co-Counsel Relations for Levin Papantonio. Prior to joining the firm, she spent five years working with plaintiff’s attorneys as part of the Florida Justice Association. In her current role, Ms. Mabry serves to facilitate co-counsel relationships between the LP firm and their partners.
