What’s Included with Your Exhibitor Contract?

    • Exhibitor Booth (Two Options):

    Exhibit Hall Booths: standard booths located inside the exhibit hall are 10’x10’ pipe and draped booth with an 8’ foot high draped back wall and 3’ high side rails; includes a 6ft skirted table, (2) chairs, wastebasket, and company ID sign (see photo example attached here). Back and side drape are black; tablecloth is white. Exhibit hall is carpeted. See Rules and Regulations for booth restrictions.

    Foyer Booths: located in the foyer area (see diagram for location) and are 8’x8’ tabletop display including a 6ft skirted table (2) chairs, wastebasket and ID sign. See Rules and Regulations for booth restrictions.

    • (4) Booth Staff: admission to all educational and networking events each day. Badges are required to enter all sessions and events. Booth staff MUST be from your company; not an attorney, affiliate, or consultant. See Rules & Regulations.
    • Exhibit Booths include (4) booth staff, but you can register additional staff for $1095/person. Use the Payment Page below to update your staff and return to me with payment.
    • If you are a sponsor without a booth, your staff is $1395 each.  Please use Payment Page to add staff and return to me.
    • Breakfast and Lunch each day; attendance at cocktail receptions and entertainment for all 4 staff
    • Promotion: all vendors listed on conference website, conference app, vendor contact list provided to all attendees, sponsors receive special social media post and emails.
    • One pre-conference and one post-conference attendee list. Pre-conference attendee list is emailed 2 weeks prior to the conference, March 20.
    • FREE 30-second video.
    • FREE Lead Retrieval license powered by Cvent.
    • FREE WiFi.
    • Exhibitor Business Category: We make it easy for attendees to find exhibitors by sorting business categories on our new web page: (  Be sure to add your top 3 business areas using the link below.

Important Exhibitor Tasks & Links

    1. Company Logo Dropbox: Submit Files – Dropbox, no later than March 4.
    2. Business Category Dropbox: Exhibitor Categories – MTMP Spring 2024 – Google Sheets.
    3. CVENT Portal: NOW OPEN. The CVENT exhibitor portal is where you will register your attendees, update your company profile and assign your FREE cvent lead capture license. The admin you designated on your contract was sent an email on February 26 from Heather Shanahan, entitled: Welcome to MTMP Spring 2024. In order to access the CVENT Exhibitor Portal, your admin must log in through this email specifically, using the Log In button. Even if you have a CVENT account, you must first log in through this email to access the MTMP Spring conference.
    4. You and your staff must read and adhere to the Rules & Regulations.

Supplier Order Forms

    1. Freeman Expo Exhibitor Kit: Under Products & Services tile in the Freeman link, you will information for: all shipping & handling, additional furniture orders, labor options, Edlen Electric and Wynn AV information. Use these forms to order directly through Freeman or The Wynn.
    2. EAC Forms: EAC_MTMP Spring 2024 Meeting. This form ONLY applies to exhibitors who do not hire Freeman for booth set up. If you hire outside labor, you MUST complete this form.
    3. Security Form for Outside Shippers or EAC: WYNN SECURITY LOGISTICS FORM FOR EXHIBITORS. This form applies to anyone who hires a third party truck to bring shipment instead of Freeman and/or using an EAC.
