Ginger Susman is one of the founders and President of Providio MediSolutions, LLC — a premier settlement services company. Providio’s main service lines include lien resolution for mass tort and single event cases, Qualified Settlement Fund administration and compliance with the future medicals aspect of the Medicare Secondary Payer Act including Medicare Set Asides.
Ginger teaches CLEs and speaks at conferences nationwide, helping attorneys understand compliance issues and strategic business concerns to create the most effective and efficient settlement programs possible. Providio has been the lien resolution administrator and QSF administrator in numerous mass tort programs including Stryker Rejuvenate, Transvaginal Mesh, Pradaxa, Granuflo, Avandia and many more.
Prior to her involvement with IFS, Ginger was Chief Marketing Officer of Integrated Financial Settlements — a holding company whose wholly owned subsidiaries provide structured settlement annuity education and placement services nationwide. From 2000-2005, she served as Senior Vice President Corporate Development and General Counsel at Denver-based IQNavigator, Inc. From 1996-2000, she was an attorney in the corporate business group at Denver-based Holland & Hart, LLP. There she worked with many companies large and small on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and other financing transactions — as well as a number of corporate governance, regulatory and compliance issues.
Ginger received her undergraduate degree in 1990 from The University of Texas in Austin, TX, and graduated summa cum laude with her J.D. in 1996 from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, TX. There, she was an editor and published writer on law review.
