After graduating cum laude from the University of Houston in Radio-Television, Erin Copeland went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2000. She has been with Fibich, Leebron, Copeland & Briggs ever since, claiming a place as the first and only female partner. Erin represents personal injury cases in both state and federal courts across the country.
Erin is currently licensed to practice law in Texas and Missouri, as well as the United States Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, federal districts in TX and other jurisdictions across the country by pro hac vice admission. Before she began pursuing mass tort cases, Erin handled a wide array of individual injury cases and still takes on select catastrophic injury cases today. On the mass tort side of her practice, Erin currently serves as the court appointed lead of the Paragard MDL pending in the Northern District of Georgia, a co-lead of the Suboxone MDL pending in the Northern District of Ohio, and a steering committee member of the Hair Relaxer MDL pending in the Northern District of Illinois.
