Each Mass Torts Made Perfect seminar is a unique opportunity to meet and network with 900+ plaintiff attorneys. We draw 250-300 brand new attendees to each seminar, creating a fantastic opportunity for you to build brand new relationships twice a year. MTMP hosts attorneys from 45+ states who come from all different types of plaintiff law firms – the largest mass tort and class action firms; mid-sized firms that handle personal injury, medical malpractice, mass torts, and class actions; small firms handling local personal injury cases; as well as sole practitioners. Exhibitor & Sponsor Perks
- Company name, logo and website linked on our MTMP conference website at least two months prior to conference and up to 3 months post-conference. All contact information provided on the MTMP conference app for duration of event.
- Company business categories advertised on MTMP conference website to ensure attendees can easily find their preferred business partners before and after the conference for up to 3 months. Exhibitor business categories also featured on table top signs in meeting rooms for additional on-site advertisement.
- (2) Attendee lists: one pre-show, one post-show.
- Free 30-second video ads provided by exhibitors to be shown on TV monitors in conference space and in hotel rooms. Videos remain on MTMP conference website for up to 3 months post-conference.
- Free Lead capture license to scan attendee badges and track leads.
- Admission for 4 booth staff to attend all educational sessions, breakfast and lunch each day, and all networking receptions.
- Free WiFi in exhibit hall and general sessions.
- Sponsors receive all of these perks plus special social media posts and emails; speaking spot on Business of Law; option to include an item in the welcome bag; premium booth location inside the exhibit hall and on-site conference signage.
Exhibitor/Sponsor Interest Form
Please complete the form below to be added to our distribution list for conference information and indicate your level of interest: either Exhibitor or Sponsor information.
Exhibitor booth registration ranges from $7450 – $8450 depending on your booth location. It includes your booth space and registration for 4 staff who can attend all educational and networking events.
Sponsor registration typically starts at $20,000 and increases from there, depending on the sponsored event or item. Sponsorship typically includes a 15-minute speaking spot on Business of Law Day, a premium booth location inside the hall, and sponsorship of an event or item. You must buy a sponsorship package to speak—you cannot just buy a speaking spot.
Unauthorized Company Contacts and Assistance
FRAUD ALERT: We would like to make you aware of a situation that has been brought to our attention. There are companies (such as, Exhibition Hotel Management, Convention Housing Services and Global Housing) who have been contacting our exhibitors to “assist” with hotel reservations. They sometimes disguise themselves as the MTMP Housing Bureau or some affiliate of MTMP, or claim to represent The Bellagio. They may claim they can get better rates, that rooms are limited, or use other sales pitch methods. They are NOT the official housing bureau and are NOT affiliated with MTMP or The Wynn in any way.
If you receive a call from this or any company claiming to represent MTMP or The Wynn, be aware that this may be a scam and DO NOT MAKE THE RESERVATION. These companies are not affiliated with us in any capacity. If you are contacted by any such company, please ask for the company name, phone number, address, and contact who called (email if possible) and email it to us. Typically, once you start asking for their information, they will hang up on you.
