Amelia Woods is a graduate of The University of West Florida and holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. She has worked in mass torts litigation for over 7 years and is a Florida Registered Paralegal. Amelia is currently the managing paralegal for the Paraquat Products Liability litigation (MDL 3004) at Levin Papantonio. She previously served as the managing paralegal for the Testosterone Replacement Therapy Products Liability litigation (MDL 2545) at LPR, and was involved in deposition preparation, bellwether trials, and general project management and settlement. Amelia’s top interests in the mass tort space include the workup of bellwether cases for trial, implementing problem-solving strategies in case management and document review.
