Andy is a prominent Houston attorney at D. Miller & Associates, and he also teaches at the Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming (a position he’s held since 2011). He has advocated for victims of abuse and has appeared on ABC News, Nightline, Good Morning America and radio, and has been cited or quoted in the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
As a published author and respected authority in personal injury law, Andy is an Associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and has earned the prestigious rating of AV® Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell®. His published articles include works about narrative structure and storytelling in the courtroom.
Before earning his Juris Doctorate from the Houston College of Law in 1991, Andy studied Chemistry at the University of Texas and Radio Television and Film at the University of Houston.
