Andrew Shamis is the managing partner at Shamis & Gentile P.A. Mr. Shamis heads the class action division of the firm, where his extensive experience in civil litigation has gained him the reputation of an attorney who can deliver where it matters the most, monetary results for his clients. Mr. Shamis has achieved several multi-million dollar settlements for consumers and plaintiffs throughout the country through his relentlessness and expertise. Mr. Shamis has been certified class counsel by six different federal judges and successfully litigated over 10,000 civil cases. Mr. Shamis is admitted to practice law in both the state of Florida and New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Mr. Shamis grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and later moved to Alpharetta, Georgia. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia. Mr. Shamis then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami, School of Law.
