Rebecca K. Timmons is an Associate Attorney at Levin Papantonio Rafferty and focuses her practice on mass torts.
Ms. Timmons graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. She then earned her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in Environmental Law from Tulane Law School. Ms. Timmons also holds a Master of Public Health from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
While attending law school and after graduation, Ms. Timmons worked for the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic where she litigated citizen suits brought under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and the National Environmental Policy Act.
Ms. Timmons is actively involved in Roundup products liability litigation and 3M Combat Arms earplug litigation. She is licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
