Danielle Hufft

Ms. Hufft has represented hundreds of plaintiffs throughout the United States in the areas of personal injury, construction defects, domestic and multi district litigation. She has experience in mediations, depositions, and all aspects of drafting pleadings in personal injury cases. In addition, Ms. Hufft has experience with construction defect cases which includes successfully briefing and arguing motions for summary judgement and Supervisory Writs to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. Prior to joining the Dugan Law Firm, she served on the Litigation Team and as a Mass Tort Liaison for local government.
