David Ienna, is the President, as well as a partner and attorney with Fairmax Law. He attended the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada and graduated with a Bachelor in Biological Sciences in 2008. He then obtained his Juris Doctor in 2012 from the University of Toledo, College of Law, where he was a Dean's List recipient.
David's diversity in education has continued in his legal career as he has worked in a wide range of fields including consumer protection, civil and business litigation, family law, and real estate law.
David is also very experienced in the under-serviced fields of credit reporting and identity theft regulated under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. David has obtained settlements for his client's from teach of the three major credit bureaus when they wrongfully allowed inaccurate information onto his client's credit reports. David also routinely obtains the complete removal of all false information from his clients' credit reports that are a result of identity theft, restoring their credit and peace of mind.
David's main area of practice is in bankruptcy law, where he has successfully handled hundreds of Chapter 7 and 13 consumer and business bankruptcies in multiple states.
