Deborah “Debbie” Walters is the President and Chief Executive Officer of PohlmanUSA Court Reporting and Litigation Services. Debbie joined PohlmanUSA in 2012 as the company’s Chief Operations Officer and became Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Debbie is a thought leader who stives to advance the vision and mission of PohlmanUSA in providing customized, practical, and innovative technological solutions to every client while sustaining a reputation for delivering high levels of customer service and excellence in every service offering.
Debbie previously served as a senior officer for MetLife and as a senior consultant with a regional strategic management consulting firm. She holds both an MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS degree in Organizational Administration from Saint Louis University.
Debbie and PohlmanUSA are active members in many legal organizations such as, The Missouri Court Reporters Association (MCRA), the National Court Reporting Association (NCRA), The Metropolitan Bar Association, Women’s Lawyers Association, and Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
In her free time, she enjoys supporting community events in various capacities, and spending time with her two children and their families.
