Speaker Bio

Debra Forsythe is a senior director, business execution at Epiq. She provides expert consultative Medicare Secondary Payer guidance to plaintiff and defense counsel for their clients’ mass tort, class action, and/or single-event settlements. She works closely with Epiq’s internal operations, client services, and sales teams to provide technical, medical analysis and assistance to help drive core efficiencies within our business. 

She is the executive leader relationship manager with key industry stakeholders and serves as a lead policy expert for pre-settlement services, lien resolution, future cost of care, and MMSEA (mandatory insurer) reporting. During her 16 years in the industry, she has led the design and implementation of hundreds of lien resolution programs at Epiq.

Background 

Debra has a business and nursing degree. She is results-oriented and has experience in all aspects of operational management and team leadership in both the hospital environment and business world.
