Elodie Valette is counsel in the Commercial Litigation team of White & Case in Paris.
She assists major French and foreign corporations, from all industry sectors, including in particular banking finance and technology, in relation to complex and serial litigation before both French courts and foreign jurisdictions.
As a skilful litigator, she also has expertise in relation to on-demand guarantees and debt collection, including precautionary and enforcement measures.
She is a member of Association Droit et Procédure and Association des avocats praticiens des procédures et de l'exécution (AAPPE).
Elodie is involved in pro bono work. She assists a cancer research association regarding the treatment of the donations and a legacy received and works closely with the AADH (Alliance des avocats pour les droits de l'homme – The Alliance of lawyers for human rights).
Before joining White & Case in 2012, Elodie acquired experience in the private sector as well as within bailiff offices.
