The focus of John’s legal career has been dispute resolution. He has been involved in the mediation, negotiation, and resolution of thousands of cases and claims of all types and values.  John has further been appointed Settlement Special Master in Federal Multi-District Litigations, and has created and implemented large-scale resolution programs. He is trusted by members of both bars and works equally well with each.  John’s unique professional background has given him a broad base of experience foreign to most resolution experts.
