Speaker Bio

Latoya is a dedicated advocate for plaintiffs in mass tort and personal injury litigation, with extensive experience handling cases involving dangerous products, medications, and medical devices. From case inception through the litigation process to resolution, she has fought to hold corporations accountable for the harm they cause.

Latoya’s career spans nearly 18 years. She began at a nationally recognized mass tort firm, championing justice for individuals harmed by corporate negligence. She now serves as Counsel at Singleton Schreiber, where she plays a key role in hair relaxer litigation in both federal and state courts.
Latoya speaks Spanish and comes from a racially and culturally diverse background which gives her a unique advantage in providing zealous legal representation to underserved and underrepresented communities.

She is licensed in Texas, admitted to multiple federal courts, and actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Association for Justice, where she serves on the Scholarship Committee, The Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, and the J.L. Turner Legal Association.
