Madeleine Smith is a Litigation Paralegal at Kelley | Uustal, a nationally recognized trial firm based in Fort Lauderdale known for taking complex, high-stakes cases to verdict. Madeleine has been immersed from the outset of her career in the demanding, high-level litigation that defines elite plaintiff trial practice.

 Since joining the firm, Madeleine has worked on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex commercial litigation matters, including national talc injury cases, pressure cooker product defect claims, and other sophisticated product liability disputes.
