Madeline Pendley is an associate attorney at Levin Papantonio Rafferty and focuses her practice on mass torts. She graduated from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. Mrs. Pendley then received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2019, graduating cum laude.
While in law school, Mrs. Pendley was a member of Stetson’s Trial Team, competing in two regional, and four national competitions. In 2018, she was a Regional Semi-finalist at the National Trial Competition, as well as a National Finalist at the National Civil Trial Competition. The following year, Mrs. Pendley was a Regional Champion, and National Finalist at the National Trial Competition. Upon graduation, Mrs. Pendley was named both ‘Captain’ and ‘Most Valuable Player’ of Stetson’s Trial Team.
Mrs. Pendley also served as a Senior Associate of Stetson’s Law Review. While serving on Law Review, Mrs. Pendley composed an article that discussed the complexities of human trafficking in Tampa Bay, which was selected for presentation at the semi-annual Law Review Scholarship Luncheon. Upon graduation, Mrs. Pendley received the Walter Mann Award, which is given to one student each year who, “in the opinion of both her classmates and faculty has shown the greatest promise of becoming an outstanding leader in the legal profession.”
Mrs. Pendley is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida.
