Maz Ghorban

Maz is an experienced senior executive with extensive experience scaling organizations in both private and public companies. Prior to joining Alert Communications, Maz was head of global services for AbacusNext, a leader in the legal practice management space, with a global presence on 3 continents.  Before AbacusNext, Maz was Vice President of Corporate Strategy and M&A at OnSolve, a leader in the emergency mass notification space. Earlier in his career, Maz held senior management positions at West Corporation and Raindance, focused on post sale operations and corporate strategy, and was Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at MIR3, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate development and led the sale of the company to Veritas Capital.
