Mike Cornwell

Mike Cornwell is Senior Litigation Specialist at Wisner Baum LLP, a national plaintiff personal injury and wrongful death firm. He has over 35 years of litigation support experience in federal courts nationwide, California state court and many other state courts. He was worked on wrongful death and severe injury cases caused by tractor-trailer, helicopter, airplane, train, bus and other vehicle crashes. He has worked on mass tort cases in federal Multi-District Litigation and California JCCP (Judicial Council Coordination Proceeding). He directly supported Plaintiffs Liaison Counsel for the Glendale Metrolink Derailment, MDL-1343 Alaska Airlines Flight 261 crash, and Southwest Airlines Flight 1455 Burbank crash. He provided litigation support in mass tort cases including infant formula containing heavy metals.
