Speaker Bio

Rachel works to ensure the successful administration and resolution of JND’s class action, mass tort and lien resolution engagements. With over 15 years of experience in complex litigation, administration and lien resolution, Rachel relates first hand to our clients’ need for a high quality end-to end settlement solution. Rachel works directly with law firms, corporations, and government agencies to successfully navigate complex settlement obligations and bring closure to cases.

Prior to joining JND, Rachel developed and oversaw operations for the Lien Resolution Group’s Mass Tort division. Rachel grew the division to one of the leading mass tort lien resolution providers in the country, serving as the consultant in cases such as USA v. Takata Corporation, Good et al., v. American Water Works, and Bibb et al., v. Monsanto.

Previously, Rachel oversaw operations for a Minnesota based class action and mass tort settlement consulting firm and prior to that Rachel worked as an associate attorney for Heins, Mills & Olson PLC where she focused on complex class action litigation, primarily in consumer fraud and antitrust.

Rachel is licensed to practice in Minnesota where she earned her J.D. and B.A. with honors. While attending law school, she served as an extern for the Honorable Judge Ann D. Montgomery in the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Association of Justice.
