In 2002, Tracy Finken Magnotta was named as one of the very first “40 on the Fast Track” by the Legal Intelligencer, a listing of the top 40 young attorneys in Pennsylvania.  From 2005 through 2012, Tracy was named a Pennsylvania Rising Star, which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys 40 years of age or younger in Pennsylvania. She has been selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers' since 2013.  Tracy was also recognized in the 2016 edition of Best Lawyers in America in the field of Plaintiffs' Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions.  This is the oldest and most respected peer reviewed publication in the legal profession.  Selection is based upon a rigorous peer-review survey completed by tens of thousands of leading attorneys.

Tracy has been interviewed by both TV and print media in regard to pharmaceutical liability issues as well as other legal matters.   She has also lectured on pharmaceutical liability and civil litigation for a number of professional organizations.  A number of her articles  have been published on a wide range of legal issues.

In 1993, Tracy received her bachelor's degree from Bloomsburg University. She earned her law degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 1998. Tracy concentrates her practice on pharmaceutical liability, products liability, class actions and other complex civil litigation.

During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy honor societies and was honored with the Most Promising Civil Litigator Award as well as the Outstanding Student Service Award. Ms. Finken is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Tracy is a member of the National Order of Barristers, the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Association the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. She also serves as an arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Program.

However, Tracy states that her greatest satisfaction is having successfully resolved thousands of claims on behalf of her clients in the mass tort arena as well as other products liability and personal injury matters.   Former clients continue to call her for legal advice long after their case has been closed because they trust her judgment and she treats them as if they were a family member.
