Neil Stallings

Neil H. Stallings is a senior revenue law attorney with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), currently partnering with DOJ and lien resolution companies to maximize VA's mass litigation recoveries.  Mr. Stallings has over 25 years of experience with federal affirmative collection actions and serves as a subject matter expert on mass litigation recoveries.  Currently, Mr. Stallings is seeking to expand beyond e-verification of Veterans in mass litigation settlements and explore avenues for unique global settlement models that not only protect VA's interest, but also are resource considerate for all involved.  In this regard, Mr. Stallings has begun enforcing VA's recoveries in mass litigation, especially where VA's federal recovery rights are not fully understood.
