Paul S. Minor has been a practicing personal injury trial attorney on the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 25 years. He is Past-President of the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Minor was selected to become a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, an organization which limits its membership to the top 100 trial lawyers in the nation. He was also selected to become a Fellow in the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, an organization with membership limited to the top 500 trial attorneys from the United States and over 30 countries throughout the world.
Mr. Minor is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is a national organization whose mission is to promote the right to a civil jury trial. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Minor has been featured on 60 Minutes, and in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and other national publications. He is a combat veteran of the Vietnam War and was awarded the Bronze Star for his services. Mr. Minor frequently lectures and presents papers in the areas of products liability, toxic torts, insurance bad faith, premises liability, and admiralty law.
