Orlando Barcenas is the Chief Operating Officer at Consumer Attorney Marketing Group (CAMG) and a strategic partner on CAMG's C-level leadership team. Orlando first joined the company in 2015, when he built out the Contact Center operations and infrastructure. As COO, he oversees the Contact Center management team and partners with other key executives in sales, client services, and media teams to analyze procedures and process improvement, key to managing profitability and client satisfaction. Orlando brings over ten years of experience in both the front-end and back-end perspectives of direct response advertising.
