Lee is a distinguished trial attorney with a reputation for fierce, client-centered advocacy. Lee focuses her practice on representing the most vulnerable populations in consolidated actions, with an emphasis on those who have been sexually abused. In 2024, Lee became the first female trial lawyer in the country to secure a nine-figure verdict on behalf of children who were sexually abused. As trial counsel in the groundbreaking case against Cumberland Hospital, Lee obtained a $360 million jury verdict on behalf of three female clients.
In addition to her national sex abuse practice, Lee focuses on high-stakes mass tort litigation. She is routinely appointed by judges across the country to serve in leadership roles in mass tort and class action litigations, and currently holds leadership positions in the Paragard MDL, Hair Relaxer MDL, Suboxone MDL, and numerous data breach class actions.
Before dedicating her career to protecting the most vulnerable, Lee spent a decade defending global corporations and was elected the youngest equity partner in the history of her former national law firm. Lee brings a unique perspective to every case she handles because she’s worked on both sides at the highest levels.
