Ben C. Martin has practiced law for thirty years and has tried cases in all of them. His jury trials have included successful verdicts in both drug and medical device cases, including a recent verdict in Dallas, Texas, against Ethicon. He is board certified in both personal injury and civil trial law and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates in which he has served as its Dallas chapter president. He is on the plaintiff steering committee in the Bard IVC filter MDL and serves as co-lead in the Cook IVC filter MDL.
