Speaker Bio

Caleb Seeley is a Partner at Seeger Weiss LLP.

At Seeger Weiss, Caleb’s practice focuses on complex individual and class action litigation involving pharmaceutical injury, medical devices, and dangerous consumer products. He contributes to every dimension of these cases, from pre-litigation strategy and discovery negotiations, through depositions, expert development, trial and ultimate resolution.

Prior to joining Seeger Weiss, Caleb served as a law clerk for Judge Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Before that, he was an associate at Williams & Connolly LLP, where he represented clients in complex federal litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Caleb earned his law degree from New York University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and there earned membership in the honorary Order of the Coif, was named a Butler Scholar, a Pomeroy Scholar, and a winner of the Judge Rose L. & Herbert Rubin Law Review Prize.

Prior to law school, Caleb was a partner in a long/short hedge fund, and was an equity trader. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from Duke University.
