Carl Jaeckel is a 1990 graduate of Rutgers Law school. After passing the bar he worked as a trial lawyer handling personal injury, probate, and general litigation. After ten years of practice, he transitioned to technology and online marketing in the legal space.
For the past eighteen years, he has partnered with some of the nation’s largest and most successful law firms acting as a marketing and online strategy consultant. In this role, he has helped firms utilize technology in all aspects of their practices from marketing and client intake to case management and litigation support.
He founded multiple legal news, information and marketing websites. The most well know being ClassAction.org. ClassAction.org is dedicated to exposing corporate wrongdoing and providing consumers with the tools they need to protect their rights. The site has been providing news and information for consumers for nearly a decade and has built relationships with class action and mass tort attorney across the country.
From 2007 to 2015 he acted as the Chief Marketing officer for Morgan and Morgan, one of the nation’s largest personal injury law firms. In that role, he oversaw a team of twenty-five people, managing all aspects of the firm’s online strategy. In 2016 Mr. Jaeckel accepted a position as Chief Operating Officer for Dot Law Inc., overseeing the day to day operations for the launch of the .law
Mr. Jaeckel continues to operate his own law firm – Jaeckel Law – and works closely with the team that handles the day to day operations at ClassAction.org.
