Chelsie Green is an associate attorney at Levin Papantonio and focuses her practice on Mass Torts, specifically environmental litigation. Mrs. Green is a Louisiana native and graduated from the University of Louisiana with a Bachelor in Political Science while maintaining Dean’s and President’s List.
Upon receiving her degree, Mrs. Green was awarded the highest honor for an appellate brief regarding substantive due process and constitutional issues. Mrs. Green received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While there, she worked at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), practicing federal law, where she gained experience with harassment claims, quid pro, and discrimination in the workplace. During her studies, Mrs. Green was also sworn in to practice as a student attorney in Loyola’s workplace justice law clinic.
Prior to becoming an associate at Levin Papantonio, Mrs. Green practiced personal injury law, handling numerous motor vehicle accidents and employment law claims. Mrs. Green served as an Assistant State Attorney with the First Judicial Circuit of Florida, seeking justice for victims across Northwest Florida before her civil practice. Attorney Green has tried numerous jury trials and bench trials in County and Circuit Court.
Aside from lawyering, Mrs. Green, alongside her husband, serves the community through the Ladarius Green Family Foundation, which focuses on providing economic and educational resources to the children and families of Northwest Florida in need. In her free time, Mrs. Green loves to read, play basketball, and spend time with her husband and children.
