Hannah Pfeifler began practicing in mass torts in 2020 after receiving her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor (J.D.), magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law. Ms. Pfeifler’s practice focuses on nationwide complex and multidistrict litigation. She was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Paragard IUD Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2974), as well as the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committees in both MDL 3094 (In Re: Glugagon-like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP-1 RAs) Products Liability Litigation) and MDL 3163 (In Re: Glugagon-like Peptide-1 Receptor Agonists (GLP-1 RAs) Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy Products Liability Litigation). In each litigation, she primarily concentrates on expert development and regulatory matters, including preemption defenses in defective design and failure-to-warn claims. Ms. Pfeifler also works closely with lead attorneys to develop and refine trial strategy, contributing to case preparation from early discovery through trial.
